Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service and the information it provides are for entertainment and informational purposes only. You agree to use Seraph, and any data or information provided by it, only for its intended purposes.

By using Seraph you are also bound by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. A user who is not compliant with Discord’s Terms of Service is therefore not compliant with these Terms.

Some features require you to verify your account through Discord OAuth2. You agree to provide accurate information, to maintain one account per person, and not to share, sell or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• use automation, bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to interact with the Service in ways it is not intended to be used;
• exploit bugs, manipulate drop rates or the in-game economy, or engage in real-money trading of game items outside features we provide;
• harass other users, or use the Service to distribute spam, malware or unlawful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ accounts.

“Stars” and other in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the Service. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not a bank deposit or e-money. We may add, change, remove, re-price or expire items at any time. Buying Stars is never required to play.

There is no guarantee of access to the Service. Access is provided to users whose access has not been revoked. We may suspend or revoke a user’s access to the Service (in whole or in part), and remove any game items associated with an account, at any time and for any reason, including for breach of these Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of game items, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those on virtual items, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
